3. Account Registration and Verification
To access our services, you must complete the registration process, which includes providing personal information such as a live photo, Aadhaar card, PAN card, and driving license. You agree that all information provided is accurate and you will keep it updated.
4. Bookings, Payments, and Fees
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Payments must be made in advance through our accepted payment methods. The total price will include the rental fee, taxes, and any selected add-ons like protection plans or home delivery.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the policy stated at the time of booking. Fees may apply for cancellations made close to the pickup time.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. This includes adhering to all traffic laws, ensuring the car is not used for illegal activities, and returning it in the same condition it was received, barring normal wear and tear.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the vehicle for racing, towing, or any commercial purposes not explicitly agreed upon. The vehicle must not be driven by any person not registered and verified on the booking.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
